Configure #deliver using equivalent routing rules in your mail server. This is intended for administrators using platforms other than Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

The exact screens and terminology will depend on your mail platform. Use these requirements to create an equivalent host or connector and conditional routing rule.

Confirm admin access

You need administrator access to your mail server in order to configure #deliver.

    Sign in to your mail server or mail administration console.

    Confirm that you can create outbound hosts, connectors, relays, or routing rules.

    Confirm that you can inspect outbound email subject/body content and headers.

Add the StayPrivate host

Add StayPrivate as an outbound host, connector, smart host, or relay destination.

Create the conditional routing rule

Create a rule that identifies outbound emails containing and routes them through StayPrivate.

Add the processed-header exception

Add an exception so emails already processed by Documentd are not routed again.

Enable and test the rule

Enable the routing rule and send a test email containing .
